2. Introductory Remarks Wayne Dropulich Before we begin, we would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land we are meeting on, the Whadjuk people. We acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of this city and this region. Welcome to all the parents and new members. We declare that there are sufficient financial members present to constitute a quorum for a General Meeting. We declare the General Meeting open at 6.30pm

12. Music -Music Agenda Item-The MPC would like to make the following changes to its Terms of Reference • Item 3.1 – add “voting” to the item. The amended Terms of Reference for the Music Parents Collective Sub Committee will read as “All voting members must be financial members of the BHC P&C.” • Item 3.2 – reduce the number of elected members from four (4) to three (3). The amended Terms of Reference for the Music Parents Collective Sub Committee will read as : “The MP Collective will consist of not less than three (3) elected members, as elected at the first MPC Meeting each year, provided that …” • Item 9.2 – amend the definition of quorum from more than 50% of the members of the MP Collective to 3 voting members of the MP Collective. The amended Terms of Reference for the Music Parents Collective Sub Committee will read as “A quorum for the purposes of any meeting of the MP Collective shall consist of 3 voting members of the MP Collective.”
