The next meeting of the P&C will be the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday March 13 at the library at the school. Informal catch-up from 6:15pm. All positions with the P&C Executive and sub-committees become available annually and we encourage new parents to nominate.  The draft agenda is attached to prepare for the meeting. 7.2. 2023 Financials presented and adopted.- LIZ Tilmouth proposes a motion to approve the financials prepared for the year ending 2023. The financials have been distributed to all parents and carers in advance of this meeting. The Executive Committee has approved signed of the Declaration of Solvency for the P&C, and the President and Treasurer have signed. For Action
